and he says hes gonna hack and deface my personal website, which i'm going to keep anonymous to keep me more secure. he said hes gonna ddos my ip and ruin my whole life.

    Actually, as a representative of turtles, the rules have many loopholes. In turtles post, he only stated that a fellow user is going to hack him. In no part of his post does turtles state that he will hack anyone.     The rules are definitely not clear. Rule #6 states "No talk or links about virus/hacking/bots/defacing etc". Although turtles clearly talked about hacking and defacing, he never threatened anyone. He was just frightened about his future, and wanted to talk to someone, to let the stress out.

    If turtles stated, "i am going to hacking john winthrop," than I would not defend my client, and he would be found guilty.

    You interpreted the rule the way it was written. I interpreted the rule technically, and morally. In the court of law, this would be tricky.

    Your case is similar to turtles'. Technically, you attempted to thread hijack a thread, by posting a picture of an unknown species. Although you may call it thread saving, it is still thread hijacking.
