nice, kelly joe phelps is a beast.

 

check out two gallants

 

they have a lot of blues/folk influence but have a very modern unique style to them. the guitarist plays mostly fingerpicking but it's not as soft as you might imagine. give them a good listen, you'll dig them i think.

Info from me: The song is about his dying mother who RIP died of Cancer after she got married in '61. Imagery about Cinderella dying and not going to sleep, a bitter form of refuge to an ending.

A yea, i was never a big killers fan (maily because i don't like the genre, but i was dragged to a gig and was converted slightly.
