MY GFX CARD WAS THERE IT SAID IT HAD PROBLEMS AND THE COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE RESTARTED THING IS IF I HAVE TO TURN MY COMPUTER OFF I HAVE TO UNPLUG THE POWER FOR 10 MINUTES OR IT WONT START UP.
uninstall the drivers for ur video card then restart. or after you uninstall, shut your PC down then open your case and remove the video card. start your PC back up then shut it back down and put the card back in then start your PC up again, it should tell you it found new hardware and its installing it.

take your vid card out and blow out any dust bunnies that linger inside. Take off the fan plate.

Your vid card might be overheating like a "mother fucker" if it can't cool

itself. If you can't start it for 10 minutes then it's most likely a heating issue.

or maybe something else.
