When you get tazed, it feels like you got hit by a brick wall, and you pretty much lose control of your limbs. Nightsticks hurt, but don't really stop someone without excessive beating. I'm pretty sure this will end up in court. I would assume arguments will be made whether a concert that you paid to attend is considered public from a police enforcement perspective. If that is the case, and there are not specific location guidelines prohibiting this type of behavior than good luck prosecuting the guy over exposure. Police will prob charge him with some bullshit like interfering with police investigation, or resisting arrest, etc.
