Some guy on a TF2 server I was on was arguing with another guy who had a weird voice. At first I thought it was a joke but he always uses that voice and he is pretty consistant. One of them recorded a bit of him and boasted about the link, fake voice or not?

They were arguing for a few hours and he didn't get too raged, although the guy who recorded the video was getting pretty verbally spanked by the supposed foreigner so I guess he didn't have a reason to be raged.

 

As for the speed of his response, I know quite a few foreigners that are quite young yet can respond in rather impressive English with a fast reaction speed.

Seems "KEKBUR" is a troll after all. The laugh sounds pretty fake but i'd say that it definately adds to the effect. Then again I don't know if "Troll" is the appropriate term, he seems to amuse most of them more than annoying them.
