Two possibilities,

 

1) Video is fake.

 

2) He has a defective upper and lower esophageal sphincter. Reason why vomiting is convulsive is because the flow gets interrupted by the esophageal sphincters as a reflex to try and keep the reflux of acid and gastic contents down and out of the esophagus. If he has a nerve lesion or some sort of NT signalling problem, the sphincters aren't working to keep gastric contents down. Most likely the person also has severe gastric esophageal reflux disease and if you were to examine his esophagus, it'd be severely damaged and possibly well on its way to developing esophageal cancer.
