no WTFs from me. It was obvious that the cat had been embodied with the soul of the old woman with the long white robes on. Who was seeking revenge on the 3 young girls for killing her beloved cat. The poor woman could not handle not having this cat and so killed herself haunting these girls in the photo of said cat.

 

She then takes over the house and terrorizes the horrible girls who killed the cat and go goes a tearful story of revenge.
