Hope this game will have somewhat the same rage potential as lfs.

I think this will be somewhat different than LFS, mainly because it's open world - as far as I know.

 

I'm not sure that this game will even be worth raging, but seeing as how much LFS surprised to be worth raging - this should be taken seriously as a game worth checking out.

A few translated quotes from some danish testers, who tried this last month:

 

One of the big news is the possibility to play in co-op with another player. One person will be the card-reader, and thereby guide the driver through the map.

 

Another possibility is just to cruise around the streets of Ibiza and challenge other players to streetraces.

 

All in all there are plenty of possibilities if you want to race with or against others. The end-result most of all remind us of an online rpg, where the guild has been replace with motorclubs, competitions and rivaling groups.

 

In addition, the damage model is extremely realistic, so if you want to wrap your car around a tree - there are equally plenty of opportunities for this.
