You can get whatever quality in youtube just by bumping up resolution, but I don't bother. I've uploaded large .wmvs for 720p and compared them with .flvs in 480p. They looked exactly the same.

 

Just export to flv with the same resolution and shit as the source video. It's as good as the quality gets and is processed by youtube much quicker. Feel free to upload and compare it yourself though.
