1) Create a local TF2 server.

2) Type "sv_benchmark_force_start" in console.

3) Wait 10 seconds for a few bots to spawn.

4) Disconnect.

5) Join any online server.

6) All the pleasure of having speedhacks with no manipulation of game files.

 

You'll need a decent pc for this one folks.
