The application is standalone but uses some engine dll's to generate the authorization packages. Why the ♥♥♥♥ are you releasing this publicly? its not our intention to bring any harm. Its not our intention to make any money of this. We want valve to fix it. Emails have been send as well as pm's and reports. We don't get response so releasing it publicly is the next step.
