We use Mumble for our voice communication when we rage, since the software is free, light and - above all - easy to use.

 

Mumble can be downloaded here: http://mumble.sourceforge.net/

 

After you have installed the software, you will face a window like this:

Type in myg0t in 'name', followed by myg0t.com in 'address'. Leave port default. Next you pick a username. Click 'OK' and choose 'Connect'.
