December 3, 200321 yr you can do it in milkshape and there is a model importer for 3d studio max 4. i dont have a link just google "cs model importer 3d studio max" and you will probobly find it
December 3, 200321 yr ty...it's nice work, I think I'll look into the 3DSM importer, and see what I can manage...but it won't measure up to that :)
December 5, 200321 yr k i kno i posted this in the other desktop screenshots but eh this 1 is different http://h8sys.laggyservers.com/upload/files/nporsdesktop.jpg
December 6, 200321 yr nice..what desktop modding progs are you using? (and can you PM me a link to that config for the samurize, or whatever proggy that is on the left?)
December 6, 200321 yr k that program on the left is SysMetrix < http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/index.html > and the program for my windows shit windowblinds.. and i get all my skins/programs from http://www.wincustomize.com
December 6, 200321 yr won't be showing anything off for a couple weeks :( I managed to talk my family into dedicating my XMAS to doing a total upgrade... So far, I'm going to: AMD 3200 "barton" MSI KT6 delta LSR mobo6 rear USB, two front configurable USB, on board NIC, 5.1 dolby audio codec, 5PCI, 1 AGP 4X/8X, power offset for AGP...other "toys" 3X512 sticks PC3200 DDR ATI Radeon 9850 ultra 128 MB (475MHz proc, 700 MHz DDRRAM) Maxtor 160 gig 7200 RPM HD Audigy 2 Platinum sound card with bay-mounted docking station Volcano extreme all copper 80mm heat sink Antec Turbo 7 blower fan (the turbine shaped one with no dead spot in airflow) Thermaltake bay mounted temp display/6 fan rheostat fan controller three fan bay mounted HDD cooler setup (Thermaltake) it's possible that my folks will be throwing a watercooling kit in the mix, but doubtful...if I don't get it for Xmas, I'll be adding it myself this coming summer. At any rate, until I got the toys installed, I'm probably gonna mess with appearance, but not host/post anything until I got the doodads to show off :)
December 6, 200321 yr Quote vein']http://www.lookyigothooky.com/g0tvein/dtop.jpg service pack 1 XP USER!!!!!!!!!!!! /wanks and you're in myg0t, how the fuck did you get in? you're entire hardrive can be deleted with XP SP1 by simply viewing a webpage and clicking on a link. Retard, fucking update XP. intel chip too, way to get an expensive overpriced piece of shit.

Gonna laugh when a drop of water fries this overpriced computer out in 2 weeks, but don't worry It'll be obsolete by then.
December 6, 200321 yr lol...I'm not worried about it...first off, WC kit manufacturers usually warranty things in such a way that if that DOES happen, they replace it...secondly, I spent some time after I got out of the Army doing industrial pipefitting and plumbing...I can put the thing together leak free :) btw...not overpriced at all...it's costing me nothing :) (ok, I suppose I paid for the parts my wife and kids are giving me as gifts, but that's stretching things) and it's costing those buying me the stuff less than $900 total :) $893.58, assuming they all go to the sources I directed them to, and buy exactly what is on my "wish list"...but I'll admit, I'm taking advantage of the fact that my brother-in-law works for sapphire technologies, and gets discounts on their products, to get the graphics card :) He pays about $160 for a $350 card<grin> BTW...this thing won't be obsolete until longhorn is out..AND there is more 64 bit hardware available at reasonable prices :) Or until they can reliably top 4.5 GHz with a 32 bit proc, and AMD starts offering higher FSB speeds...I figure I'm good for at least a year with it...LOL

December 6, 200321 yr that's kind of the point..to make it so I don't need to upgrade again until I can afford to buy a complete 64 bit system...which won't even be available for about a year, according to what I've been reading :)
December 6, 200321 yr All WC's that i've seen have stoped working or leaked. When it stops working your out a PC till you can replace it. When it leakes, its gonna fry everything, and all warenty's WC's offer will pay for the replacement of the WC, not the computer it fries, because they have a small print that voids the computer warenty if a professional doesn't install it. You can be the king pipe fitter/plumber whatever, won't matter shit and you have no warenty because it wasn't installed by a "professional" Read the fine print.
December 7, 200321 yr ahh...but you see...that's the thing...I AM a rated "professional"...lol..I work IT admin and support for Verizon call center right now :) A+, CCNA, and MSAOSE certs (last two partially paid for by the company), and they're currently paying 3/4 of my tuition for going after my CCNP. not bad for a part time job I can usually telecommute for (have to be physically IN the office 13 hours a week, and on call for remote administration issues an additional 40 hours, which MAY require me to come in for a couple extra hours) :) Warranty covers me doing my own installs :) Besides..a little plumber's dope and silicone caulk around the internal hose connections guarentees no leaks, and I'm well prepared to handle a pump failure...simply keep a spare pump handy. Keep your coolant clean, and nothing else CAN go wrong with one <grin>
December 7, 200321 yr well im bored as shit so im gonna give some links to some really sweet walllpapers http://skins2.wincustomize.com/DrProtos/wallpapers/1152.jpg http://skins2.wincustomize.com/LadyAkasha/wallpapers/TaintedBloom10.jpg <800 X 600 :( > http://skins2.wincustomize.com/faisal/wallpapers/CREATION_PREV.jpg http://skins2.wincustomize.com/Nuvem/wallpapers/DigitalEVO.jpg fuck it. browse for yourself. http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?wp=28&sort=updatedate&searchtext=&order=&library=8 <like 5 nice ones on taht page>

At any rate, until I got the toys installed, I'm probably gonna mess with appearance, but not host/post anything until I got the doodads to show off :) that computer sounds shit and you obviously know nothign about computers from your choice of 'average' mobo, way overpriced being the 'top end' and bad clocker CPU, your made up gfx card, a mix of ati and nvidia lol you either get the ati 9800XT which is 256mb or the nvidia 5950 which is also 256mb, i love the way u mixed both of them and got 128mb of mem somehow, good luck finding that card. maxtor hdd is pretty crab unless its sata which is ok then, if its ide u want a wd caviar this Audigy 2 Platinum sound card with bay-mounted docking station you dont need unless you plan on like inputting music from a guitar or somehting gay into your comp which i doubt also all your blower shit is pointless it wont make any difference, and as i said ur cpu will not clock at all and that also makes w/c pointless. Well done ur well cool, cojmpletet waste on money distinctly average machine trying to be el leet
December 8, 200321 yr Xeon...I chose that card AND found it because my brother-in-law works for sapphire...and that's the card and listing THEY have it under...don't blame me if you're not aware of what all is out there from every manufacturer (neither am I, honestly, but he sent me a list of "availables" he could get his hands on, and I chose a middle/top card from the list)..it may not be "top of the line", but it's close enough for me. I went with an "average" mobo because I trust MSI from experience, and it has all the capabilities I need...why would I go for a higher end mobo, and pay more, when this choice is reliable and does what I want it to? As far as the CPU...AMD hasn't had any issues with getting the 3200 barton to run, and overclocking one is no harder than overclocking a 2500 or 2800 barton chip...but cooling IS an issue with them, if you do so. As for the Audigy, I DO input via guitar, MC setup, and MIDI keyboard, as is, though it's just for hobby purposes...and the audigy 2 is a good setup...I just happen to want the bay mounted docking station for looks more than functionality...hence the platinum. Unless I go to WC, the blower fan does 37CFM@17 positive pounds of pressure, with no dead spot, which makes it MILES superior to a 32CFM@12 positive pounds standard fan with a 40% area "dead spot" at the tops of the heat sink fins (closest to fan, and most important for true dissipation) Maxtor is a middlin-good HDD, admitted...but since I still have the ATA100 40 gig that came with the last prebuilt system I purchased running fine...four years old...so I trust it to be reliable enough for my purposes. Basically what I'm saying here is apparantly YOU don't know shit about computers...or you'd have realized : A.) you don't know every fucking product on the market...just because one got by you doesn't mean the guy posting its stats doesn't know what HE's talking about...it means YOU haven't seen it advertized yet--or don't recall seeing it. B.) I'm looking for performance speed for the applications I use regularly...THAT is what I "built" my parts list around, then modified DOWN, to keep it within prices that my family would be willing to spend on me for Xmas gifts...which had me bailing on SATA support, the TOP Sapphire card, and a bigger HDD with a lower average search time C.) Any moron who "knows" anything about computers...meaning evidently not you...would realize that the fan controller/temp monitor, HDD 3 fan cooler, and bay mount for the sound system are for COSMETIC purposes...as they have no "true" functional use...internal fan controllers run automatically from the MB with 3-prong splitters and 4-pin power adapters do it safer, and more efficiently, AUTOMATICALLY, bay mounted HHD coolers are utterly unnessiccary in anything outside of a server setup, and as you DID note, the bay mount controls/inputs/outputs for the sound card are a "gimmick" Anyone who's built more than "personal" computers EVER (and most people who have built ONLY their own PC) are constantly aware that $$ is an issue in ANY build...anyone with any experience in it would have recognized IMMEDIATELY where I'd chosen to cut costs, and settle for "this will do the job tolerably well, and extremely reliably"...you didn't...hence you don't know anywhere NEAR what you seem to think you do...get stuffed, maggot :) BTW...granted, I usually don't get to work with "good" parts, since I'm working for a large company...but I DO do this stuff for part of my living..I know what I'm doing well enough to have extreme confidance in my builds and choices. AND I've shown this same "brag list" as well as listed the parts I'm cannabalizing off my current setup, to guys who make their livings building custom machines for specific purposes...without a single exception, these "performance pro" assembles I've shown it to have responded "you couldn't get better performance without going Intel and SATA..and then it would be twice as costly."...which is exactly why I DIDN'T go with either Intel (for the availability of 500MHz RAM and up to 800MHz FSB, which are signifigant speed/performance limitations from staying with AMD), or SATA (which I agree, is the "coming standard", and is superior to RAID OR ATA133 by a LONG shot.... if you find me an $80 mobo which supports SATA and AMD3200+ procs, will support all three DDR slots @400MHz settings, if you choose your RAM right, has AGP 4X/8X, AND has the other supports the one I chose has, new-in-box from a reliable manufacturer, I'll admit you may know SOMETHING about what you're talking about...until then, you don't know SHIT about "overpriced" or "average machines"...K, mate? Go back to trying to run Steam on your flip chip Dell, and drooling over top end performance parts listings on Voodoo gaming machine sites :)
December 8, 200321 yr well i fucked my old desktop <im an idiot for it because it was awsome> heres my new one http://h8sys.laggyservers.com/upload/files/config%20desktop%20new.jpg
