If anyone is willing to, you should find his telephone provider, file reports of abuse to their website with the phone number and the area is Waterbury, CT. I'm sure they'll cancel his account, since some phone companys don't tolerate telephone abuse (that's if they get enough reports from different people).

wrong, a group couldn't get sued, dumbass. Also, the only thing they could get you for is harassment, but only if you keep calling after they tell you to stop calling.
