I just saw Farenheit 9/11 today, and I'd have to say that I couldn't express in words the amount of hate I have for Bush, and I'm not even American.

 

Didn't the movie affect you in any way at all? All Moore did (for the most part) is present the facts. His opinion is added and he can do that. It's his movie.

 

You say that he isn't doing anything for America, but I think you're sorely mistaken. Sure, he isn't doing anything TANGIBLE. Nothing you can reap a REAL benefit from, but he is attempting to open your eyes and look around. The U.S will become even WORSE than it is now if he's re-elected.

 

He took vacation for FORTY-SIX PERCENT of the time in his first year in office.

It took TWO MONTHES for anything... ANYTHING to happen after 9/11.

Saddam Hussein became the scapegoat for the whole thing because they couldn't find Osama, and figured SOMEONE must be blamed, and hell they can get some oil while they're there.

Bush's family has recieved 1.4 BILLION from the Bin Laden family.

 

Fucking Saudi's practically OWN a little under 10% of "America" (companies, shares, investments etc)

Really think about what would happen if they suddenly pulled those investments?

 

Did you see those boarded up houses in Flint, Michigan?

Did you see those army recruiters practically forcing people to sign up?

Bush and his administration will do or say anything to get what they want. They contradict themselves constantly, and when the media traps them, Bush's true intelligence shines.

 

Isn't it a little upsetting to see that it's mostly poor people that serve in Iraq?

 

What about the guy that claims that Congress doesn't even READ 95% of the bills that they pass?

Canada just had our elections and people are going off about a minority liberal government. People are worried about Health Care and Schools. You guys have a lot of bigger problems to worry about than we do.

 

The film illustrates all these things but it's up to you to think and reflect on them. Moore is hardly even in the film at all. I saw him for MAYBE 5 minutes.

 

The best thing that can be done is NOT voting for Bush come November.

 

 

And to be honest, him being fat has absolutely NOTHING to do with anything.

You know, I appreciate his notion. I mean, trying to reveal the truth is good, and I think he has a really good point about the Bush Administration. However, I hate that the guy's almost every word is altered bullshit, and half truth. If you are going to reveal the truth, then reveal the truth.
