July 9, 200420 yr Yea, it's a bug.. it allows a file to be created and run on your comp I believe (not too sure, didn't look) I'm guessing it's run the same way adware and spyware do.. anyway it keeps opening telnet and attempts a connection.. flooding your screen with loads of windows.
