July 19, 200420 yr i wonder if you can buy it anyway still. a few days ago i installed my retail version i bought in like '98 and i didnt seem to work. i trid to update, but it didnt work. so i guess oyu have to use steam these days. well steams works for me but it sucks dick since i got thousands of cs servers back in the days. steam instead gives me like 100. whoops. shitty thing.
