Saying how the game is now delayed because of some hacker. You know what FUCK VALVE. The only people responsible for this mess are they. Go around blaming myg0t and others all they want, but in the end it comes down to their own stupidity that allowed this to happen. Their own negligence allowed this to occur so fuck them. I don't feel pity for them, I only feel sorry now that I'll have to wait longer to rage people in HL2. I JUST WANT BANG BANG BANG!

October 4, 200321 yr Your kind of right about that VALVe thing. Everyone was calling them lame and gay for putting out Steam. They hated them for talking about bringing out different versions of HL2. They where mocked for rumors about Pay to play online. People insulted them for requiring high end computers and fast speed internet connections just to be able to run their latest games. LAN Cafe owners cursed them for losing customers since the introduction of steam and the requirement of having to put up money for each PC that was running Steam. All signs showed that VALVe was simply looking into ways of increasing their wallets instead of looking after the gamers. And everyone cried foul at the actions taken by VALVe. Suddenly after the source was leaked, everyone all of a sudden pity's them. So your right in saying that its their own fault for letting themselves be careless enough to be hacked. Who would or should put up indeniably valuable information on a PC connected to the net? Sure you can argue that people should be allowed to do whatever they want on their PC's and others shouldn't try hacking them. Yes, that might be true in an ideal world. But this is the real world. Face it, there are lame hackers out there just to ruin it for everyone. As much as I support VALVe, perhaps this source leak and even game leak, might just bring them off that high stool they where perching themselves on. But don't get me wrong, I hate that this source leak will only delay the game even more. That truly bites!

October 5, 200321 yr I agree, im tired of all this new high quality shit, sure they should just release doom 3 and all games just play around that. requiring a P4 3.6 ghz to play the fucking game at 640x480, and getting 19fps. why cant they just keep the games running on hardware that people can afford! i would like that my $300 video card last more than 3 fucking months.

On top of that, anyone who "hates valve" or says "fuck valve" should think twice, especially if you have PLAYED THEIR GAMES. If anything, you should be thanking them for making their source code available ;) ... this can only help future games. Finally, in response to "they're all forgetting about HL2" ... did you take some kind of poll or survey of this? What is this based off of? Personally, I could care less for another unreal title, halo has no depth at all ( I played the beta ), and D3 multiplayer is pure crap. For me at least, HL2 is the only game on my mind right now.
