July 29, 200420 yr LoL, n1 man. well, b4 I started washing my face twice a day with clearacil I had a lot of zits, but now it isn't so bad anymore.. my skin is nice and clean. but as that 'dr' guy said, when you are in puberty you produce more hormones that stimulate your skin to produce that stuff (I dunno the name anymore lol), so the cure is just to let it be and wait till your out of puberty.. if u clean ur face twice a day.. it should gow away fast when u've stopped puberty. and for all u guys with chronical acne... Have a shower in the morning and at night. after your shower wash your face with the clearisil antibacterial soap. Also make sure you have your bed sheets(spred)(sp?) cleaned once a WEEK. Human body soil builds up rather quickly. Also people tend to sweat alot during sleep. Toothpaste = Bad idea. Alot of chemicals in toothpaste i.e bleachs for cleaning your teeth, you dont want that on your skin. Boogers, they are just as greasy as the zit, all it does it enclose the zit so it doesnt get oxygen, and it shrivels up. The second best thing you can do is see a fucking dermatologist.
