July 29, 200420 yr I think that was one of the Xtreme Radio pranks. Old IRC radio station type thing. They played a lot of shitty rap music, but people gave them phone cards and stuff for pranks. 95% of them were fucking hilarious, but some DJ's just fucking blew at pranking.
