August 1, 200420 yr Author as part of some hacks... theres a mechanism which fucks up the admin_vote_kick nothing spectacular just every round it puts in a vote for de_dust, so people cant vote kick the person cus its says vote cannot be made now or some shit. basically if a vote keeps comin up in a server for dust theres a hacker in there
