A properly configured anti-vac Slay0r works good. It has speedhax problems (Speedhack won't turn off, it gets jumpy once you try to turn it off) but other than that everything else work great.

 

You can still use speedhack, but when it turns off, you will still move at the speed of 2 and freeze up every 10 steps even though you turned it off.

 

Here is the speedhack cfg:

name it like rrush33z.mem and exec it when you want to speedhack on mouse1.
