August 6, 200420 yr Author blocky']take like 20 tylenol 3 yeah tylenol 3 is pretty easy to get but the thing is if u take 20 that will be like taking 10,000 mg of acetamenophen (tylenol), which is toxic to ur liver. vicodin also has acetamenophen in it but the hydrocodone in it is stronger than the codeine in tylenol 3 so therefore to get the same high u can take less vicodin..damn i think withdrawl symptoms are startin to kick in :snivel:
