Posted August 10, 200420 yr Behold, The Mother of all Text spams. 100 brigtly coloured messages PER SECOND flying across the screen for the entire length of the game. Incredibly annoying and distracting, and it's all very easy. Let me explain. When you re-name yourself in-game, a message is displayed. "[Old Name] renamed to [New Name] http://img9.exs.cx/img9/6809/untitled434.jpg There is no limit to the number of re-names allowed per second. :-) Time to write a script, i think. name "^1Freddie ^4Mercury" wait 1 name "^4Freddie ^1Mercury" wait 1 name "^1Freddie ^4Mercury" wait 1 (the ^1's color the text string in front of them.. ^1 is red, ^2 is yellow, etc) wait times are in miliseconds. And so on. This would produce a flashing effect, 100 times per second, incredibly annoying, and may give some innocent players a seizure! Here's an example. http://img9.exs.cx/img9/5300/untitled435.jpg That's flashing by between 10 and 20 times per second. Mix in some bright, annoying colors and you've got some great rage. Make sure it lasts the entire lengh of the game. It's also awsome for crashing big servers. To write a script, just write the commands in a text document, name it [name].cfg, then put it in your main folder, then when you get to your game, bind it to a key (/bind [key to activate the scrip] exec [name of config file, minus the .cfg] Try it!

August 13, 200420 yr Author update: the flashing shit doesn't work, it just counts it as one name change... and it's better to write 1 short script and repeat it, since scripts above a certain size will not execte. keep it under 10KB
