Sure adds a bit of depth to the game, but it's still way bad graphics

Still looks like shit, especially the leet resolution !

yeah I played the HL source conversion a while ago, it was ok..

still the same shit though.

my favority part was the vents when you reach surface.

and shooting down the opfor when they rappel down from the helicopter.

it was cool to watch them tumble down to their deaths.

another adventure was using the bow gun, and making people get stuck to walls in strange poses, kind of like the same effect the stake gun had in painkiller

 

 

what they need to do to make a good conversion is remake the textures, and modeling..

seeing how long valve takes to do anything, I doubt they will do anything like that.
