Honestly, the Beatles are without question the best band in rock history. Even if you dont like their style, there is no group yet that has surpased their popularity, and if you have any taste in music, you can pick that out, regardless of whether you like them or not.

2nd is Green Day

3rd is Nirvana

4th is Zeppelin

5th is The Red Hot Chili Peppers

You don't have the eagles on there or sublime nor pearl jam green day or nirvana. Its obviously the beatles

What No slayer or pantera? And green day =shit compared to led zeppelin. Also the beatles arent as good as you all say they are.

i was JUST about to say how can you hab bands liek those on the list and NOT hab pink floyd ?

are the beatles even "rock" they are not the best if were just gonna say any group who uses guitar and drums its greenday. but it can be divided. metal/death/punk/rock+rap/ ect ect
