August 12, 200420 yr What do you want to compress it to?? It is always better to rip the dvd first, then use a program eg DVD2AVI or DVD2xvid etc etc. http://www.doom9.org/ <-- is good for newbs.

August 12, 200420 yr and how big are the DVD-rs? 4.7gb YES THAT IS CORERCT. Shouldn't need to compress it nub.
August 12, 200420 yr my friend has one, lemme ask him and ill reply again. im not sure how much it compresses the file, but he used it when he needed to put a gig worth of files on onto a dvd i believe. nice new sig btw man.
