July 23, 200321 yr I used to have 3 working keys that I found across the net. 5 days later they were all banned for so many years. It's amazing where you can still find working keys though. Best thing to do is find a key then call up VALVE and tell them someone is using your CD-Key. They will be more than happy to ban the one you have for a new CD-Key. This way nobody can use your key and someone else just got screwed. I have done this multiple times...it works mint.
