tk is on 99% of the time, and to my knowledge it doesnt have vac on. it may, but i havent seen the "downloading security module" on it. its very good for raging, and people get very pissed on it.
Yes Hostile Intent is VERY easily ragable game, its also a fun game to just play too, try that sometime.
i think Natural Selection is the only non-Valve game with VAC support, and unless Steam says "downloading security module" there's no VAC.

better yet, i found a multimod hack that applies to HI too, called simple esp v4. you can get it at mirc-scripts.de very cool, wallhacking in that game is fun since there is no vac. also, if you see a guy named npw-skull, tk him repeatedly, he tks all myg0t members, and says WOOPS MY BAD LOL LOL

Hostil intent sucks..

I love how it doesnt show who killed who, unless you are near by.

So you can massacre your whole team.

great rage when they figure out what you're doing, then they try to get revenge and all is happy times

u say it like anybody knows what the fuck this game is , i never heard of it
*yawn*

so i advise u avoid this game
