August 17, 200420 yr what i do is lace up the shoe make it nice and tight or to your likings. take the shoe off tie a knot on each shoe lace so that the knot is on the inside of the shoe. burn off the excess lace so and burn the knot so it is just a ball of plastic your shoe will never come untied unless your feet get too big. at that time you prolly need new shoes. this is what my brother does and i belive most skaters do. i think what u want is you skip up a hole, then cross back on the otherside to the one you skiped with the other lace. then you continue untill its done. it takes a while to figure out without a picture.
