All emo is merely: "wah my girlfriend dumped me for a jock, jocks are assholes, i'm so much more interesting then a jock, jocks are empty souless people, my parents don't understand, why doesn't anyone like me? i'm so dark and indipendant that no one could ever understand me, i like to come off as a brooding in depth person that's dark and mysterious, oh wait, i'm a poncy prat that's as interesting as a wet paper towel, woe is me my life is shambles please someone help me, why won't anyone understand" to fill out the next 2 and a half minutes of the 'song' just tack on more lines of repetitious ramblings about life and it's difficulties and how your the only one that faces them, and that you face them alone. Don't forget to pine as much as possible about how people don't understand you or your feelings. please tell me how the cure = emo?
