ive extracted all of the files to the proper places and made all of the changes to folders and files as said in the read me text documents, but i still get an error. the error reads,

 

"STEAM VFS failed to initialize: SteamStartup(0x3,0x12df3c) failed with error 108: the local Steam Service is not running"

 

i tried to run it with steam open and without it open but nothing seems to work. if anyone has intelligent input, id greatly appreciate it.

Just wait for the fuckig retail version you n00b this is only a fucking beta, and only has gay de_dust on it just wait for it, and if you can't get it working anyway, you clearly cannot read...............
