wenever i use voice wavs they are really chppy is their newayz i can fix this?

the server sets their own sound quality settings. low / medium / high.

 

80+% of servers run low to prevent lag and the such from mics. there is no way to clear up your voice annoy other than finding a sever with sound qualities set to high / medium.
