If you happen to have the playable beta version of Halflife 2 then this is for you. I cannot take credit for this I merely copy pasted things this from a txt file I found on a newsgroup server. Here goes: TIPS: impulse 101 = all guns god = god mode noclip = walk through everything Copying your Counterstrike config file into the hl2/config dir should propogate your settings to HL2. cl_showfps 1 will show frames per second in game and so will net_graph 3 Run the exe with options -console -dx9 -width 1024 -height 768 - fullscreen For Nvidia Cards: -console -dxlevel 90 -shaderdll shader_nvfx_ps20.dll - width 1024 -height 768 -fullscreen For standard dx9 codepath: -console -dxlevel 90 -width 1024 -height 768 -fullscreen You may want to add -heapsize 128000 or 256000 -- the game seems to use a default heapsize of 40 megs, which doesnt seem very much. Load d1_town_01.bsp. After it's loaded type exec e3_town and all of the AI and scripted sequences should work. --- I have a nvidia card so i placed this in the target: -console -dxlevel 90 -shaderdll shader_nvfx_ps20.dll -width 1024 -height 768 -fullscreen - heapsize 128000 and it runs fine. --- when you load d1_town_01 and then exec e3_town the ai scripted stuff seems to run, but there are more scripts in the scripts folder and was curious if you could use those as well, maybe even have it load auto? anyway post things you find *Here is a good command line if you have Über system of death* -console -dx9 -width 1280 -height 1024 - fullscreen -heapsize 256000 ph33r m3h

October 8, 200321 yr give weapon_bugbait gives u spore grenade. im sure there are more guns too look for. ill edit this if i find em. edit: weapons - some do not apear in the hud, ur are going to see some not highlighted... or whatever... thats the gun. do some searching. weapon_flaregun - obvious weapon_hopwire - makes a web type thing weapon_iceaxe - icepick thing weapon_immolator - lazer thingy weapon_irifle - ion rifle? high tech thingy weapon_manhack - CHOPy SPINNY THING!!! weapon_rollerwand - no clue weapon_slam - does somthing, model isnt there(ERROR) weapon_sniperrifle - obvious weapon_stickylauncher - pistol that shoots blue balls? weapon_stunstick - tazer thing weapon_thumper - fire hydrant.. no clue what it does items - uhh i think they work item_suit item_battery item_healthkit

October 9, 200321 yr well i dled the 1.4 gig anon and the patch and im gettin the msg 'could not load bin\GameUI.dll' on sesktop when the file is in there... wtf now?

October 9, 200321 yr anyone has any idea what this is. Half.Life.2.Beta.HL1Ports-ANON.tar (454MB).. i kno it's not the patch since it's name is Half.Life.2.Beta.Patch1-ANON.tar (113MB) and can't find any nfo on it.
October 9, 200321 yr Think its the HL1 port to run with the physics and stuff from the HL2 engine. Apparently Condition Zero is out too, 1.9gig compressed file. Guess the dude who got the stuff aint holding back no more LOL
