Its not like everyone on this site doesn't have ways of getting a new account without paying again. Personally i don't use hacks, but VAC is never going to stop hacking. It doesn't pose enough of a threat. If VAC banned Hardware addresses from using steam then it would be a different story, but the fact that VAC is just something Valve uses to get money out of people makes it no threat what so ever.
