January 12, 200520 yr use Complete Annonymous Web Surfing.. its a program that automatically fetches new proxie lists from certain sites (you can add urls of ur own btw), checks all the proxies if they work, and what their ping and annonimity is, and filters and sorts them just how u want it too.. you can also configure it to ie change to annother proxie every 5 minutes. (this is great for raging forums because they simply can never permanently ban u)
