In regards to the recent "shift" key hacker, who found you can defeat a new copyprotection by simply holding down the shift key when putting in the cd (which is a windows feature that stops auto-run). He is being threatened with a lawsuit for his hacking.

this is even worse than the 'advanced' copy protection they had on cds (cant rememebr the name of the company) which you could just mark over with a permanent marker and the protection was gone

umm.. woudnt automatically installing be kinda illegal? unless it brings up a window... never used one of these disks so i dunno. well they go out of bisniess cuz they are dumb... JUST LIKE VALVE!
