This friday numerous journals got an annonymous e-mail containing top secret information and plans for a new US-army tank codenamed 'exterminator model X'

That would be some sick anti-aircraft shit, but i doubt that it would be made into production, as the SAM is working fine for us now. So, in a sense, its just concept art, if its not just supposed to be a prank/bad joke or something.
