THE BEST one is BitLord. I think if you google it you will be able to get it. Its BitComet (was awesome till BitLord) but ripped off and they took out ad/spyware and also added a search torrents feature so you dont have to browse the web to get torrents. hope that helps.

I never tryed bittornado but turbo torrent is also very good http://www.turbotorrent.com/.

i havent used bitlord, but in my experience, azerus has been the best, not only does it let you set the number of ul'ers, it also allows you to set the max speed at which they can ul, which is very usefull at times.
