is there an admin command for CS:S that i could use to make all the players in my server except me look down? or would i have to do it individually for each player? just got my own server :D

Both AMX Mod and AdminMod allow you to send commands through to your clients' consoles. For example you could send the command "kill" to all your clients forcing them to suicide, or "quit" would make them all drop from the server. You figure the rest out on your own.
