Clearly, I was at risk of forgetting this landmark event in my life and the life of my siblings and mother, because the manner in which he perished was such a trifling incident. I have only you to thank for keeping me honest and for causing me to remember what can only be the worst event I will ever experience in my adult life, and one of the most paralyzing events my country has ever experienced.
