January 30, 200520 yr My ISP says something like this: Were not responsible for what our customers do. We do not log or view traffic. If you would like to report one of our customers for something illegal, you have to take it up with the local police. Also, we never give out a customers personal details (such as name, adress, etc). So basically what someone I raged could do is: come to our police force and say "the IP <my ip> is harrasing me, I dont have any proof or details, but I would like to report him!"
