Posted February 9, 200520 yr Eh, I'm here to post in reguards to the attack of a forum i'm part of. I won't name it (for now), because i don't know how people here are going to react. I am not here to flame. Someone who claims to be part of this group, called "Scarface" attacked the forum in question. They destroyed it, and left only a couple of pages with some fairly weak insults posted on it. Which is a little annoying, though hardly life ending. The forum has nothing to do with CS, and little to do with any particular games; the few games that do have seperate forums in it for chat reguarding them are all RPGs, one of them World of Warcraft. This place is only set up for socialising. Most of the regular members contribute money to this forum to keep it up at minimul cost to the site admin. We may have been targeted because about a month or two ago, someone started a thread about "Myg0t", posting the sort of thing you're used to: what a bunch of pricks, that sort of thing. The thread died after about 9 or so posts, locked. Didn't hold much real interest in anyone's mind for long; except, perhaps, for one of your members, who probably considered that enough reason to attack our site. "Scarface" has made himself unpopular, of course, but i would like to know if we were attacked because of one old thread that didn't go past a page, or because of somethign else. Moreover, i'd like to know if this site endorses this, and how it's members feel about this. Now if you've read all of the above and have something to say, please post.
February 9, 200520 yr Author No offence, but it did just get trashed by someone claiming to be from Myg0t. I may post it depending on what people say here; i don't like the thought of one hacker turning into 25. Sorry. I won't post a link for now.

February 9, 200520 yr Your forum was unfortunate enough to be targeted unprovoked by some members and non members to 'rage' it. Usually the content of your site determines whether or not it gets this treatment by some people on this board.

By coming here and posting this you've made yourself a target for such attacks in the future as well, you might have thought on this longer before posting. We know it's hard for you English speakers to comprehend, but the name is myg0t, no capital "m", no captial letters at all. The myg0t administration in no way supports any activity deemed illegal by the United States government, whether it be carried out by our own personal members or our loyal supporters. We hold no responsibility for actions of this nature whether being performed in the name of our organization or otherwise.

February 9, 200520 yr heh, the thing about us lot here is we all like to piss people off. now, if you understand that, you'll walk away from this pretty clean, and satisfied that you've done a good job by restraining your anger. Otherwise, we do so enjoy it when forums crash, games crash, websites get hacked, your computer get's owned. It is a thing of joy. It transcends spirituality. We are raging you, and we are proud to have done so.
