Reasons for the first time include, racism (lashed out at jewish and black people threatening to burn them alive), bigotry, sexual harrassment, hacking, and using bots. Reasons for the second one included: More racism, more hacking, used bots again, evading a permanent I.P. ban, and more sexual harrassment. Just thought you should now.
