Real Estate is the most fucked up discouraging career you can get .....until the commission check arrives......then it's good times. The first 3 months is the SUXess.... If you get into real estate, you really need to do lots of cold calls to get any type of immediate business ...Farming a good turn over area works too. Join a very small agency so that your UPTIME is like everyday......that way you don't need to make cold calls...you get the business right away. currently working for Direct TV ....I install the shit and get paid very well.. they give you a company truck with a GAS card....I don't pay shit for gas even on my own time.......except when i go to my cabin up in Mercer MAINE on one of the Belgrade Lakes.....North Pond. The snowmobiling this year is teh pwnt oh my g00ses!!!!

March 9, 200520 yr I'm currently doing high school full time, and working on a lot of computer stuff on the side. Right now I'm wrapping up my A+ certification, studying PHP, and studying C and C++. I was working a full time admin job for my dads company, making phone calls, building/managing the database, making sure orders/jobs were on track. Just quit that, and now I am focusing more on school and the computer related stuff. Probably going to start up a local computer repair company, as I live near some very affluent areas of town, where most of the people are doctors/lawyers, and have very nice computers but are too dumb to use them.

Not to mention its easy as hell, because all of your marks are based on assignments, as opposed to class discussion and other bullshit like that. I'm in the highest academic stream and I'm at a 96% right now.
March 9, 200520 yr Alright, now I feel like shit, i work at a grocery store as a cashier, and I got to school, and on the side I educate myself it auto mechanics, books, hands on and so forth, when I graduate, soon I hope I plan to go into that, I also have 1,000 hrs. work expierence as a machinist, I'm 17 though, It seems there are some severely educated people in myg0t, congrats. hope one day I'll make 300k a year instead of like 12 lol. glad people still believe in gettin an education and not leaching off our goverment. *edit* a job shows you have responsibilty, oh and 300K a year... You will be asked alot of strange and wonderful questions from buyers..be prepared to have all kinds of shit thrown at you....oh boy :blahb: . People say that commercial is big money ...and it is....but you might have to wait for that commission check for a looooonnng time. Depends on the LOCATION, price and terms. Go both routes...residential and commercial. Residential isn't difficult and you'll get checks alot quicker. Once you get that commercial property sold.......good times.

Specially Devry graduates who get covered in debt to their necks and work 10 jobs in pizza delivery and janitors. Ummm since when is Devry considered a top school? Besides if you think Devry is expensive, my school is almost $30k if you live on campus. Although I did start out at a much less expensive 2 year school and then transfered. I'm studying public relations with basically a business minor.
