March 12, 200520 yr I dont really care if you post it here or not. Doubt anyone here would take much interest in it or care. NDA's are a joke anyways. Sony's legal department threatened to sue me over a NDA for EQ. This was back in like 1997 or so before the game was released and was in a closed beta that anyone in the beta had to agree to and sign a NDA. Well I had put screenshots taken from closed beta test on a site I ran back then for all to see. They said I violated the NDA by posting those screenshots. I told them they cannot enforce a NDA against me that I had not agreed to as I was not a part of the closed beta at the time and the screenshots were given to me anonoymously, which was true. I welcomed them to produce a signed NDA with my name on it. Best they could do after that was to threaten legal action based on copyright and I not having permissions to use the screenshots on my site. At which point I removed the screenshots. Pointless but true story and I'm sure no one really gives a fuck.
