A scripting language isn't named a "scripting language" because it's a programming language. Now, you obviously need to learn something about programming to understand that HTML and BBcode are NOT programming languages. If you were to be right, I'd have made 100's of programming languages and also, creating a .ini file would be considered programming too. HTML does not classify as a programming language because it does not allow for varibles, conditional branching, or conditional looping; it just tells the browser how to display text. Javascript on the other hand does classify as a programming language.

Wow, uumm it's my belief that simple HTML is a program becuase if no one builds it no one comes... HTML is a stepping stone of many into the programming worlds, so yes you could say everybody is a program if they know simple computer stf like HTML...
