use nero and over burn it... just dont overburn by like 50 megs over the limit

Works great for adding and deleting frames.....If you havn't edited Films much, it is a bit advanced, but well worth the effort it learning.

Premier doesn't have a codec for DivX, though, does it?

 

I know it works for standard formats, even .swf and .rpv, but I've never seen a DivX or VOB codec plugin for it...
