But, i did hear that ict is a CS h4x ... never worked from me. I want a IP changer because when i try and join the TS server it says "your IP has been banned"

March 18, 200520 yr as Yonis would say ... Go to http://www.csextreme.tk and dl the Extreme cheat v3 .. You can also change your IP with that program
March 18, 200520 yr Author download sockscap and configure a socks proxy then you can access with a diffrent ip because socks is ued for applactions/software that access the internet. Thank you.
