We had a glitch in the forum software and had to go to restore the forums from a backup from March 26th. So if you registered a forum account after this date, you will need to register again. If you were registered prior to this date, then your forum account is still there, just login like normal.

When did the daily backup got out of fashion?

Too bad i'm back at scriptkiddie , was going for h4x0rsaurus. For some reason that title always makes me laugh on sight.

Thanks for restoring them

Im a little bit pissed that all my shit has been wiped and i had 2 make a new account... but i like my new account name now anyways coz it has a little "" in it which is cool...

Anyways ive lost my sigs and my sig that housemaster made me(hopefully hes got a backup)

Thanks for the restoration anyways and keeping the myg0t community alive :ghug:

duhhh :P

well i was afraid first time it said that the site was not found :S

This highlights the importance of daily/weekly backups.

It's ok to admit if someone got access to an admin account or something. Forum "glitch" sounds shady (unless some fucked up query corrupted data in the database, even so it wouldn't have been that hard to fix).

I've seen it happen to tons of forums. You didn't write VBulletin, so you're not responsible for bad code on their part (especially with a license).

Basically the most recent backup was a corrupted .tar, so we could not restore the forums from it. That was the glitch and reason why we had to go to a much earlier backup.

None the less, we are back up, regardless if we lost more then a month of pointless threads and posts. ;)

No need to really post on how many posts you lost. We all lost some, get over it.
Thank god all the n00bs like zl0h now have hardly any post instead of 60000000000

rifk, k.

I've had that happen to me too. It sucks. :\

Good to see everything back in working order though.

lol i dont even know how many posts i made i never look who gives afuck anyway

p.s i heard myg0t was h4x0r3d and it wasnt really a 'glitch' is dat true?

Techno_Warrior']those are posts you spamming faggots will be able to get back in 3-5 hours tops.

I lost 150. Give me another month to revocer that

PlacentaJuan : Did youi read my post about venters claiming this glitch was a hack of theirs?

lewl there prolly wasnt a glitch but just wanted to punish those faggots who kept post whoring and set them back either way post counts should not matter.
